GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
We guarantee that your items will be as described.
If you notify us by fax, 253-926-1842, or by email of defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange for an exchange, or Web Site Store credit.
We also will accept returns for any reason, if you have not worn, and tags are still attached to merchandise, for Web Store credit only.
You must fax or email us if you want to return item. Please include your name, order number, and order date, so we can verify you purchase.
You must also state the reason for your return, be it a defect or a change of mind.
We will email you back to confirm that we are expecting your return.
You must obtain a Retail Merchandise Authorization ( RMA) .
Contact us by fax or email within 7 days of receipt with a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.
Packages without a RMA may be refused.
The item must be in original , saleable condition, with original packaging and any other tags attached.
Apparel or any type fabric merchandise must be free of the scent of cologne or perfume, and spot-free, otherwise we cannot consider it as new.
If merchandise is not recieived in original condition, your credit may be reduced.
On store credit returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sale, clearance, discountinued ,and Holiday theme merchandise is not returnable.
